Our Warranty

Every MedBuddy® is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll replace it. To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect and include photos or videos that clearly show the issue. Please note that normal wear and tear and damage resulting from misuse are not covered under this warranty.

Reminder that the clips are designed for a single use and will not adhere to the syringe at the same performance level as when initially utilized.
