If you’re not completely satisfied, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange — no hassle, no hard feelings. Items purchased directly from MedBuddy.org are also backed by a one-year quality guarantee: if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you purchased through a retailer or clinic, please reach out to them directly regarding their return policy.
Reminder that the clips are designed for a single use and will not adhere to the syringe at the same performance level as when initially utilized.

Resolution: Full refund to your original payment method, or exchange for a different item — your choice — once we receive and inspect the return.

For health and safety reasons, MedBuddy® cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Once a figurine or safety clip has been removed from its original packaging or used during a medical procedure, it is considered final sale. The one-year quality guarantee still applies to manufacturing defects. Please also note: the safety clips are designed for single use and will not adhere to the syringe at the same performance level after initial use.
