Tell us what happened. Before — the dread, the tears, the anxiety. And after — what changed the moment MedBuddy® was in the room. Even a few sentences is enough. The best submissions are specific: name the moment, describe the look on their face, tell us what they said on the way home.

A short clip from your phone. Your child showing off their buddy. You telling us in your own words what the appointment was like. A reaction video on the drive home. Thirty to Sixty seconds is plenty. We’ll never ask you to do a second take — the raw version is always the best version.

IMAGES: I am the owner of or have full legal authority to submit the photograph(s) and/or video(s) I am uploading. I grant MedBuddy® and its parent company, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, display, broadcast, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit any and all photos and videos I submit, in whole or in part, in any media format and through any distribution channels now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, television, online advertising, print, and promotional materials, without further notice, compensation, or consent. I understand that MedBuddy® may use my submitted media with or without my name or other identifying information.(If applicable). I grant MedBuddy® and its parent company, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use my name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information as they appear in any submitted content for the purposes of advertising, marketing, trade, and promotional use in connection with MedBuddy® and related products and services, without further compensation, notice, or approval, except as otherwise expressly stated herein.
MINOR RELEASE (if applicable): If any photograph or video I am submitting depicts a person under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of that minor, that I have full legal authority to grant the rights described in this release on behalf of that minor, and that I consent to MedBuddy® using the minor’s likeness as described herein. I understand that this consent is binding on behalf of the minor and their heirs, executors, and legal representatives. (If applicable).
WAIVER OF CLAIMS: I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of my submitted content or the manner in which my story, name, likeness, or media is used by MedBuddy®. I release MedBuddy®, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and successors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to MedBuddy®’s authorized use of my submitted content, including but not limited to claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright, or any other intellectual property right.
ACCURACY & ORIGINALITY: I confirm that my submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; does not contain any defamatory, false, misleading, or unlawful content; and that I have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit and license the content as described herein. I understand that MedBuddy® reserves the right to decline to publish any submission at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
