WHY YOUR STORY MATTERS
You were there. You know what it felt like.
You watched your child walk out of that appointment holding their buddy, proud of themselves, lighter than they’d been on the way in. Or maybe you’re the parent who can’t wait to get back and try it. Or the nurse who finally has something that makes the hardest part of your day a little more brighter.
That moment belongs to you. But it could also belong to the parent sitting in a waiting room right now, dreading what’s coming, wishing someone had told them there was a better way.
Share it. We’ll make sure it reaches them.
Your story helps another parent find the courage to ask.
Every time a parent reads about a child who used to scream at shot day and now asks to go back — that’s a parent who picks up the phone and calls their clinic. Your experience is someone else’s turning point.
Your photo gives a scared child something to look forward to.
When a four-year-old sees another four-year-old holding their buddy and smiling, the idea of shot day changes. A single photo can do more than a thousand words of reassurance.
Your video becomes the most honest marketing we’ll ever have.
We’ll never tell your story better than you do. Unscripted, real, in your own words — that’s what changes minds.

There’s no wrong way to tell your MedBuddy® story.
YOUR STORY
Tell us what happened. Before — the dread, the tears, the anxiety. And after — what changed the moment MedBuddy® was in the room. Even a few sentences is enough. The best submissions are specific: name the moment, describe the look on their face, tell us what they said on the way home.
YOUR PHOTO
A photo of your child holding their MedBuddy® figurine. A photo of the smile on their face walking out of the clinic. A photo of the buddy on their bedside table that night. Before and after. Whatever felt worth capturing — it probably was.
YOUR VIDEO
A short clip from your phone. Your child showing off their buddy. You telling us in your own words what the appointment was like. A reaction video on the drive home. Thirty to Sixty seconds is plenty. We’ll never ask you to do a second take — the raw version is always the best version.
